Growing out facial hair and beard styles takes a lot of time and efforts. Rocking a badass beard is a big commitment and it’s not something that anyone can accomplish.
After having an awesome full beard for couple of months, it’s even more hard to let it go. Well unless, of course, you are Adriano Alarcon.
Art Director Adriano Alarcon is based in Downtown Sao Paulo. After growing out his luscious facial locks for months, this art director did the unthinkable: He shaved off half of his glorious hipster beard in the name of art.
Alarcon began filling the gap on his face with a variety of objects, creatures and substances. The best part about this surreal photography project is that it was created with absolutely no Photoshop!
“Fifty Fifty Selfie Barber Shop” was his fun project of half hipster’s beard replaced with Everyday Objects.
This hairy photo series addresses trending topics such as selfies and beards, and it looks pretty hilarious.
After growing a big beard, Adriano Alarcon shaved half his face.
Some people find it a bit puzzling he would do this…
…especially since he spent like half of the Jurassic period growing that bad boy to the perfect length.
But, don’t bug out…
…he’s actually not bad at shaving.
It’s just part of his latest art project called Fifty Fifty Selfie Barber Shop.
He replaces half of his facial hair with hilarious objects.
Some might think his bald spots look a bit tacky…
…but surprisingly, babes totally dig his funny facial ‘dos.
It’s way easier to sneak snacks into the theater when you hide them on your face.
He always has an army to keep his beard covered.
Everyone wants a piece of this hairy hunk.
